1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Returns and refunds are accepted only for defective or damaged products.
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately for assistance.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To process a refund claim, customers must provide:
- A clear unboxing video showing the unopened parcel.
- The outer packaging fully intact.
- The product being opened for the first time.
Refunds will only be processed after receiving and verifying the unboxing video.
3. Resolution & Pickup Process
- Once the unboxing video is received and the defect is verified, we will arrange a pickup from the customer's address.
- Note: All defective products must be picked up first. Refunds will be processed only after the product is received back at our facility.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Non-defective items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
4. Important: Contact Number Requirement
Please ensure that you provide a correct 10-digit mobile number when placing your order.
- Our shipping partner may require an OTP verification sent to this number.
- Incorrect numbers may cause delivery delays.
- If the shipment returns due to an incorrect number, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
